http://www.pauladeenmagazine.com
Here is a tasty pizza made from scratch!
made the dough from scratch. Warm water and dry active yeast.
The warm water must be at a temp. of 110 degrees.

Then add the active dry yeast, and make sure you check the date on package.
Mix together yeast and warm water and a spoonful of sugar and let it sit for 5 minutes.
and stir with a fork.
let the yeast set and start to rise and get all bubbly on top.

Then set it aside, and start cutting up your pizza toppings and have them ready.

and add the cut up toppings to small glass bowls and set aside. (one topping per small glass bowl).
1 teaspoon dry active yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup warm water, at 110 degrees
2 - 1/2 cups flour
1 - 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons olive oil

Pepperoni Sausage Onion Green Pepper Black olives Cheese Mushrooms
These are the toppings i used, you can add whatever toppings you choose.

In a large bowl, mix together flour and salt.
Then add the oil 2 teaspoons.
add your yeast to a cup of warm water, adding a teaspoon of sugar.
Let stand 5 minutes.

Forming the dough into a ball, then place the dough into a medium size mixing bowl,
and cover with a clean towl and set aside, to rise, about 1 hour.
Or until double in size.
Set the bowl a warm dry so the dough can rise.

then it's time to
Start cutting up your pizza toppings.
And placing the cut pizza toppings in small glass blows, one topping per glass bowl, makes things easier.

Knead the dough using the palms of your hands, pushing away from you and turning the dough as you knead about 5 minutes, then placing the dough into a bowl with a Tablespoon of oil and cover and set in a dry warm place to rise, 1 hour.

After the dough rises and you punch it down, then you are ready to spread it out and start making your pizza.

Using a rolling pin, to spread the dough into a 15 inch round.
Then gently placing the dough onto a round pizza tray with holes on the bottom,

and spread out the dough by hand to cover the pizza pan, you can use a little more oil in needed on the dough at this point.

Now it's time to spread the sauce, to cover the dough and spreading the sauce evenly.

and start adding your toppings and cheese and place in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, and your pizza is ready!

Enjoy....
