CHICKEN













BRIAN'S FRIST CHICKEN BROCCOLI

Start with checken breasts
cut into bite size peices.
boneless checken breasts.

4 checken breasts.

Large bag of broccoli cuts.

2 cups of white or brown rice.

Soy Sauce as desired.

Rounded teaspoon corn starch.


Slice checken into bite size pieces.


Marinate chicken in soy sauce, and corn starch.


Mix well and refrigerate 15 minutes to overnight.


Cook rice as to directions on package.



Cook chicken in a wok or a large heavy skillet.

2 tablespoons evoo - (extra virgin olive oil)
or cooking oil.


When chicken is done remove from pan, and set aside.

Add broccoli to same skillet.
If needed, add more cooking oil, and soy sauce, keep liquid in skillet.

Mix well, and put lid on pan allow to steam broccoli.

Once broccoli is tender, add chicken back into pan, and stir together well.

Once all is hot serve over rice and enjoy...

Once oil is hot, add the marinate chicken till no longer pink and transfer to a clean bowl and set aside.
