MOM'S POTATO SALAD
Above picture is after the chopped, and boiled potatoes are added to the pickle and mayo mixture. And the finished product!
Here is the recipe for my mom's potato salad.
Always a crowd pleaser!!





6 large potatoes boiled in salt water

6 large boiled eggs, diced

2 cups miracle whip

4 Tablespoons yellow mustard

2 teaspoons sugar

2 Tablespoons sweet pickle juice

2 cups chopped sweet pickles

1 large sweet onion chopped

salt and pepper to taste
Mix well potatoes, eggs,onion to the chopped pickles and miracle whip mixture.
Mix all together, and chill for several hours before serving.
