SURPRISE

BRIAN'S SURPRISE:

1 pound ground beef
2 - 3 Tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced, & diced
salt & pepper to taste
1 tomato, diced into bite size pieces
1 green pepper, sliced, seeds removed, cut up
1 onion, sliced, & diced
ESSENCE
1 baby carrot, sliced
a pinch or two of parsley

Brown ground beef in a skillet. After ground beef is nice & brown, reduce heat to medium low. Add 2 Tablespoons Heinz Worcestershire sauce. While that simmers, dice up your tomato to bite size pieces & add to ground beef.

Stir occasionally. & Add sliced green pepper, & onion, garlic & parsley.
Stir together, & let simmer covered for about 10 minutes or till onions, green pepper, & garlic cook down, add sliced baby carrot.

On medium low heat, allow to simmer for another 10 - 12 minutes. Continue to stir occasionally, & taste.

After all ingredients are cook thru, serve over fresh biscuits, or fresh bread. I used Jalapeno pepper & Cheese bread.

Whatever bread or biscuits you like.
Your mouth will Thank You from the First bite to the Last...

This recipe was inspired, by my mom handing me a pound of ground beef, and telling me to make something. And I like be creative when cooking I came up with this tasty and easy recipe.
