EGGNOG BREAD


Today I baked 2 loaves of Egg Nog Bread, to warm me up, and to bring a little Christmas cheer!!

This is really easy to make, and tastes so Awsome!

Try some anytime!








Eggnog Bread

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups pre made dairy eggnog
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 teaspoons rum extract
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 1/2 cup flour
4 teaspoons baking powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter bottoms of two
9x5x3 bread pans. Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, butter,
rum and vanilla until blended. In a separate bowl mix together
flour, baking powder and nutmeg. Add to the moist ingredients
and stir until just moistened. Pour into greased pans. Bake at
350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out
clean Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool bread completely
before slicing.
